Refund Policy

Professional services, farm-call travel, medications, and laboratory submissions are non-refundable once performed or dispatched, as these reflect time and materials already committed to your case.

Deposits for scheduled procedures such as OPU sessions or embryo transfer cycles are refundable if cancelled with at least 72 hours notice, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.

If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will review and correct any verified discrepancy promptly.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
