Meet Dr. Spencer
Kianna Spencer, DVM, MS, DACT
Dr. Spencer is a board-certified Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists, the veterinary specialty board recognized by the AVMA for reproductive medicine, earned through advanced residency training and a rigorous certifying exam.
Raised in Pennsylvania riding and showing American Quarter Horses, Dr. Spencer's fascination with reproduction and genetics took root early — by elementary school she already knew where her curiosity was headed.
That early interest carried her through veterinary school at The Ohio State University and a specialty residency at the University of Illinois, then across the country to some of the most prestigious clinics and farms in the equine industry.
A practice built on that experience rests on a few core values: evidence-based medicine, unwavering ethics, and trustworthiness in every client relationship. Trust, to Dr. Spencer, is earned through transparency, honest recommendations, and the depth of knowledge and skill behind every decision.
